Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the use of services provided by ARE Artificial Intelligence developing services L.L.C. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

Services Overview Our basic standard plans include the following:

1. 1. Email Service: Webmail email accounts with 1 GB of storage space.
   2. Hosting: Shared hosting is provided as part of our standard plans.

Email Service Clarification

Webmail Accounts Only: The term “email service” in our contracts refers specifically to webmail accounts provided with 1 GB of storage. These webmail accounts are part of our basic hosting package and do not include advanced email services like Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.

Third-Party Services: Services such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace are not included in our standard packages and require separate subscriptions directly with the respective providers. We are not responsible for setting up or managing these third-party services unless explicitly agreed upon in a separate service agreement.

Support: Basic support for webmail setup and troubleshooting is included. Additional support for third-party services may incur extra charges.

Hosting Services

Shared Hosting: Our basic plans include shared hosting, where your website will share server resources with other clients. This may affect performance during peak traffic periods.

Admin Panel Access: Clients on shared hosting plans do not receive admin cPanel access. This is to ensure the security and integrity of the shared hosting environment.

Dedicated Servers: For clients requiring dedicated servers, admin access is provided for unmanaged servers, allowing you to manage your own server. For managed servers, admin access is retained by us to ensure optimal performance and security.

Uptime Guarantee: We strive to maintain a high level of server uptime. However, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime and are not liable for any downtime that may occur.

Data Backups: Regular backups of your website data are the client’s responsibility. While we may offer backup services, these are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in your plan.

Payment and Renewal

Payment Terms: Payments for services are due according to the payment schedule agreed upon. Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.

Renewal: Services are subject to automatic renewal unless canceled before the renewal date. Renewal charges will be based on the current rates.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. Clients will be notified in advance of significant changes.

Limitation of Liability

No Warranties: Our services are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied.
Liability Limit: Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

By Client: Clients may terminate their services with a 30-day written notice. Refunds will be provided only for unused portions of prepaid services.

By Us: We reserve the right to terminate services for violation of these terms or non-payment.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of U.A.E. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of U.A.E.
