Backup Services: While we may offer backup services, these are not guaranteed unless explicitly included in your plan.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Uptime Guarantee: We strive to provide 99.9% uptime for our services. However, this is not guaranteed and may vary depending on various factors.

Response Time: We aim to respond to support requests within 24 hours during business days. Critical issues may be prioritized.

Clarification of Services Not Included

Third-Party Email Services: Our standard business packages do not include services like Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. These services must be arranged separately by the client.

Administrative Access: Admin cPanel access is not provided for shared hosting plans. Clients requiring dedicated servers will have access to manage their server if it is unmanaged. For managed servers, admin access is retained by us to ensure optimal performance.

Additional Services: Any services beyond those explicitly mentioned in your plan, such as video creation or advanced DNS configurations, will require a separate agreement and may incur additional costs.

Amendments

We may update our terms, conditions, and policies from time to time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
